Team

Principals and team

Three principals manage North Post Group’s private credit program, supported by an investment team and an operating platform covering operations, finance, reporting, legal and compliance.

Principals

Institutional experience, focused on private credit

The principals bring the experience a private credit program depends on: credit structuring and workouts, oversight of operating businesses, real estate collateral and institutional capital. North Post Group applies it to one strategy: originating, structuring and managing senior, asset-backed private credit.

Private credit
Nearly two decades deploying and returning institutional capital in private credit and special situations
Private equity
Fifteen years of fund and portfolio operations, including a decade at a middle-market fund managing more than $10 billion
Real estate
More than $1 billion of completed office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use transactions in major US markets, as sponsor and co-investor
Institutional capital
Raises led across private credit, private equity and pre-IPO secondaries in the US and Asia
